One of my girlfriends is celebrating a birthday next week so we’re headed to Las Vegas today. A group of us will drive from Phoenix, and her friends from Denver will join us there.
I’ve spent almost 9 years in the Valley of the Sun, and I’ve never been to Vegas. I know, I know… it’s crazy not to visit when it’s so close.
We’re driving over and stopping at Hoover Dam for the tour. That ought to be interesting, but I’m sure it won’t be half as interesting as the stories from the Strip.
