A natural traveler and global thinker, Lucinda has lived, worked, and visited more than 40 major cities in 12 countries. She’s passionate about helping business leaders who understand the power of language, culture, and collaboration in building resilient, high-performing teams.

Lucinda brings over 25 years of global experience in strategy, communication, and change management, including 12 years in top-tier consulting roles. She’s led complex transformation programs across the U.S. and Europe, working with clients ranging from Fortune 100 companies to local startups. Her background in both business and technology allows her to “connect the dots” across functions, helping leaders align teams and accelerate progress.

Lucinda is also a co-author of 101 Great Ways to Change Your Life.

Career Highlights

  • Led a Transformation Initiative in partnership with Credit Operations, Strategy, Compliance, and Risk Management at American Express. Implemented new customer treatment strategies and supported front-line personnel through complex change. Designed new team structures to streamline processes and improve the customer experience.
  • Managed a 4,000-Site SharePoint Migration as Product Manager at American Express, achieving $425K in cost savings in 9 months. Oversaw change communications, product training, and personalized support for internal site owners.
  • Directed a Multi-Hospital Software Selection for a healthcare provider, leading a 25-person team to evaluate and recommend document imaging software for 32 hospitals. Created evaluation criteria, analyzed options including financial and feasibility vendor reviews, and facilitated a unanimous decision.
  • Established a Program Management Office (PMO) for a technology business unit CIO supporting 14–20 concurrent IT projects. In a separate engagement at a healthcare payer organization, identified a multi-million-dollar accounting risk and recommended immediate mitigation.
  • Led an $18M Oracle Implementation for a global consumer products company while at Ernst & Young, managing a $4M budget and a team of 6–9 consultants. Guided the VP of Customer Service & Logistics on internal organizational impact and managed all organizational change efforts, including process redesign and training across manufacturing and distribution.
  • Designed and Oversaw Change Management Activities for 4,000+ Employees across five countries during a European Oracle rollout for a major cereal manufacturer led by Ernst & Young. Designed communication plans, redefined employee roles, and mitigated implementation risks.
  • Led a 10-member client team to Redesign Workflow Systems and define employee roles for an oil & gas company. Developed employee communications and sponsor presentations to support successful change adoption.

Lucinda holds a Bachelor of Arts in English (Business & Technical Writing) and French from Kentucky Wesleyan College, and a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Management from Purdue University’s Krannert Graduate School of Management. 

Her superpower lies in teaching leaders how to harness their team’s collective Strengths to achieve business and project success in shorter timeframes and with greater colleague engagement.
